- Speed is not an issue for email. A message from Dubai reaches the server and lands in your recipient's inbox in seconds; webmail and phone sync feel the same as local hosting.
- Dedicated, not shared. The servers are ours and run only our clients' email, managed by the same team that supports you.

What's the difference between free email and business email hosting?
Free email gives you an address on someone else's domain, such as @gmail.com or @outlook.com. Business email hosting puts every address on your own domain, such as name@yourcompany.ae, and the mailboxes belong to your company, so when someone leaves, the address and its history stay with you. With us you also get spam and virus filtering, MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records set up for your domain on high-performance DNS, migration of your existing mail and a local team to call.
Is this an alternative to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?
Yes, for email. We provide professional email on your own domain, on our own dedicated SmarterMail servers, with migration and Arabic and English support included, for a lower price per mailbox than Microsoft 365. We do not provide office apps, file storage or video meetings, so if your team needs those every day, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace may suit you better.

Do I need a website to have business email?
No. You only need a domain name. If your website is hosted somewhere else, it stays there: we take over only the email and migrate your existing mailboxes.

Where are your servers located?
On our own dedicated servers in a HorizonIQ data centre in Europe. For email this makes no practical difference to speed. If your organisation must keep data inside the UAE, tell us before ordering and we will advise honestly.
