Can I move up a plan mid-year?
Yes. You pay only the difference for the remaining months, and your existing mail stays where it is with no interruption.

Are the servers in the UAE?
No. Your mailboxes run on our own dedicated servers in a HorizonIQ data centre in Europe; for email this makes no practical difference to speed. If your organisation must keep data inside the UAE, tell us before ordering and we will advise honestly.

Can I keep my website where it is and take only email?
Yes — that is exactly what the email hosting plans are for. Your website stays with its current host and we take over the mail, including migrating existing mailboxes and history.
